Every order is customized from start to finish, including nail sizing, shape, length, and overall design direction. Clients may choose from a range of shapes such as almond, square, stiletto, and coffin, with lengths varying from short to extended. Whether you prefer a clean, minimal set or a more detailed, statement design, each set is carefully constructed to achieve balance, structure, and a polished final look.

To begin your custom order, a $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures your place in the production schedule and will be applied toward your final total. Once your consultation is completed and design details are confirmed, the remaining balance will be issued.

Please note: All orders must be paid in full before production begins.

Each set is individually handcrafted, allowing for a high level of attention to detail throughout the creation process. Because every set is made to order, slight variations may occur, making each design unique to the client.

Turnaround time is approximately one week, depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume. Clients will be notified once their set is completed and ready for shipment. You will receive a small kit that includes, nail adhesive stickies, nail glue, a nail file, wooden pusher and alcohol wipes.

How does it work for custom press on’s?

STEP 1: PLACE YOUR ORDER & SECURE YOUR SPOT

To begin, submit your custom press-on order and secure your booking with a $25.00 non-refundable deposit. This deposit confirms your order and reserves your place in the production queue. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance. Orders are not considered active until the deposit has been received.

STEP 2: CONSULTATION & DESIGN PLANNING

After your order is placed, you will be contacted to begin your consultation. During this step, we will go over all details of your set, including nail sizing, shape, length, and overall design vision. You may provide inspiration photos or specific requests to help guide the design. This step ensures your set is fully customized to your preferences before moving forward. We will have you measure your nails from side wall to side wall to ensure a correct fitting. We will also send you the size chart we use as well or you can measure and send us the measurements. Please check below on how to measure.

STEP 3: FINAL PAYMENT & APPROVAL

Once your design details have been finalized, the remaining balance will be calculated and sent to you.
Full payment is required before production begins unless dictated otherwise. No work will start until the invoice has been paid in full. This ensures all materials, time, and design elements are properly allocated to your order.

STEP 4: PRODUCTION & COMPLETION

After payment is received, your set will be carefully handcrafted. Each set is made individually, focusing on quality, structure, and detail. Turnaround time is typically approximately one week depending on the complexity of the design. You will be notified once your set is completed.

STEP 5: PACKAGING & SHIPPING

Once finished, your custom press-on nails will be securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. Orders will then be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

STEP 6: DELIVERY & ENJOYMENT

Once delivered, your custom set is ready to wear. Each set is designed to provide a salon-quality look with the convenience of at-home application.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR NAILS FOR PRESS-ONS (CUSTOM & PRE-SIZED)

(NOTE: ALL OF THE PRESS ON’S ARE HAND PAINTED SO EVERY SET WILL BE A SLIGHT VARIATION TO THE PICTURE) PLEASE CHECK THE NAIL SIZES IN THE CHARTS WITH EACH PRODUCT BEFORE ORDERING.) THESE ARE ALL MADE TO ORDER— PLEASE ALLOW TWO WEEKS TO LET THEM GET TO YOU.

If your nail bed falls between sizes, always size up and file the sides of the press-on to fit.

Getting the perfect fit is super important for comfortable, natural-looking press-on nails! Follow these simple steps before placing your order.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Soft measuring tape OR

• Clear tape + ruler

• Pen or marker

METHOD 1: MEASURING TAPE

1. Use the mm side of a soft measuring tape.

2. Measure the widest part of each natural nail from sidewall to sidewall.

3. Make sure the tape is laying flat across the nail.

4. Write down each measurement in millimeters (mm) for:

   • Thumb

   • Index

   • Middle

   • Ring

   • Pinky

5. Match your measurements to the sizing chart provided.

METHOD 2: CLEAR TAPE METHOD

1. Place a small piece of clear tape across the widest part of your nail.

2. Mark where each side of your nail ends.

3. Remove the tape and place it on a ruler.

4. Measure the distance in millimeters (mm).

5. Repeat for all 10 nails.

IMPORTANT TIPS

• Measure both hands — nail sizes can differ!

• Do not include skin when measuring.

• Measure nails while hands are relaxed and flat.
