MEET LUCCA
Lucca is a licensed nail technician, artist, and studio owner whose work is deeply influenced by her Brooklyn blood, Italian heritage, and love for art, music, and underground culture. After doing nails for years and developing her style and technique through experience, she became officially licensed in 2025 and opened her own private 1-on-1 nail studio, creating a space that feels more like an art studio than a traditional salon.
Born from Brooklyn energy, Lucca puts her Brooklyn Italian blood into everything she does. The passion, the attitude, the work ethic, the style, and the creativity all come from her upbringing and culture. Growing up around graffiti, city streets, late nights, music, and constant movement shaped the way she sees art and self-expression has shaped who she is today as an artist. To her, nails are not just a beauty service — they are wearable art, a statement, and a form of identity.
Lucca specializes in Gel-X extensions and custom nail art, focusing on detailed work, clean structure, and creative designs that are inspired by graffiti, underground art, street fashion, music, and city life. Her studio is private 1 on 1 and is by appointment-only, allowing her to work one-on-one with each client and give full attention to the art she creates. She believes nails should feel personal, creative, and different — not rushed, not basic, and never one-style-fits-all.
She is also passionate about educating her clients about nail health, proper care, and understanding what is best for their natural nails. She believes clients should always know what is being used on their nails and why. Her studio is a judgment-free zone where clients can ask questions, learn about nail care, and feel comfortable whether they are new to nails or have been getting them done for years.
Her work is heavily influenced by underground art culture — graffiti walls, sketchbooks, underground music playing in the background, neon lights, city nights, and the idea that art doesn’t have to live in a gallery to matter. She brings that same mindset into her nail studio, where every set is created with creativity, and individuality.
Outside of nails, Lucca loves life, God, writing, music, Italian food and art. Writing allows her to express ideas and stories, music influences her mood and creativity, and art is at the center of everything she does. She sees her career not just as doing nails, but as building a brand, a space, and a life that combines art, culture, and independence.
Lucca lives with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease and frequent heartburn, conditions that quietly shape the day-to-day experience of being a nail tech. Long hours spent leaning forward and focusing on detailed work can trigger discomfort and flare-ups, making even routine appointments physically demanding. Despite this, Lucca continues to show up with precision and care for every client, balancing personal health with the demands of the craft. Please understand that at times this may require moving a bit slower to maintain comfort and quality—every set is still given the same intention, attention, and dedication.
For Lucca, this career is not just about nails — it’s about building something of her own, creating art every day, staying connected to where she came from, and putting a piece of Brooklyn, a piece of Italy, and a piece of herself into everything she creates.
